The visa processing charges charged by visa authorities i.e the consulate / embassies will be exempt from the payment of tax as per the draft of GST. However service charges, courier charges any other form of charges charge by travel agent will be liable to pay taxes.

If visa is issued thru visa facilitation centres, GST will be charged by VFC but travel agent can claim input credit against it. GST charges will be 18% for service charges..
